AlchemCharts Complete is currently offered at $195/month unless a different price is presented at checkout or in your account.
Your payment method may be charged each billing period until your subscription is cancelled and confirmed.
You may cancel through account billing where available or by contacting support with a clear cancellation request.
Use secure billing flows for payment details. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, or passwords through support.
Section 1
This Billing and Cancellation Policy applies to paid AlchemCharts subscriptions, account billing, recurring charges, payment methods, receipts, invoices, failed payments, cancellation requests, refunds, credits, charge reviews, market data-related billing costs, and related billing support.
This Policy is part of the AlchemCharts legal terms and should be read together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Risk and Investment Disclaimer, market data agreements, exchange agreements, and any checkout, account, or subscription notices presented to you.
If a written agreement signed by AlchemCharts states different billing or cancellation terms for your account, that written agreement controls for the specific conflict.
Section 2
AlchemCharts Complete is currently offered at $195/month. A different price, discount, promotion, tax treatment, billing interval, or plan term may apply if it is presented to you at checkout, in your account, in a written agreement, or in another AlchemCharts-approved billing flow.
Your subscription provides access to the AlchemCharts charting workspace, account features, support resources, and the market data package available to your account, subject to active subscription status, account standing, data provider availability, market data requirements, and applicable agreements.
Prices are shown before any applicable taxes, processor charges, currency conversion costs, card issuer fees, bank fees, or other amounts that may be charged by third parties or required by law.
Section 4
You must keep a valid, authorized payment method on file while your subscription is active. You represent that you are authorized to use any payment method you provide and that the billing information you provide is accurate.
AlchemCharts may use third-party payment processors to handle payment details and process charges. AlchemCharts may receive billing-related summaries, such as customer identifiers, subscription identifiers, charge status, invoice status, card brand, last four digits, expiration summary, billing address, receipt information, or processor-provided payment information.
Do not send full credit card numbers, card security codes, bank credentials, passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials through email, support forms, screenshots, chat messages, or attachments. Enter payment information only through secure billing flows provided for that purpose.
Section 5
If a payment fails, is reversed, is declined, is disputed, or cannot be processed, AlchemCharts or its payment processor may retry the charge, ask you to update payment information, send billing notices, suspend access, limit features, terminate access, or take other reasonable steps to collect amounts owed.
You remain responsible for charges incurred before cancellation or termination, including unpaid subscription fees, taxes, and other amounts you authorized, unless AlchemCharts agrees otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.
Market data access, account features, downloads, support, and software access may be limited or unavailable while your account is past due or not in good standing.
Section 6
You may be able to view subscription status, payment method summaries, receipts, invoices, renewal timing, cancellation status, and other account-specific billing details by logging into your AlchemCharts account.
Billing notices and receipts may be sent electronically to the email address associated with your account or made available in your account area. You are responsible for keeping your account email current and reviewing billing communications.
If you need help locating a receipt or reviewing a charge, contact AlchemCharts Support using the email address connected to your account whenever possible.
Section 7
You may cancel your subscription through the account billing area where available or by contacting AlchemCharts Support through our contact form. If you contact support, use the email address connected to your AlchemCharts account whenever possible and clearly state that you want to cancel your subscription.
Your cancellation is complete when it has been processed and confirmed by AlchemCharts in your account or in writing. Keep your cancellation confirmation for your records.
A question, complaint, setup request, refund request, support conversation, voicemail, bounced email, ambiguous message, incomplete form, or statement that you are not using the service is not a completed cancellation unless you specifically request cancellation and AlchemCharts confirms the cancellation.
Stopping use of AlchemCharts, uninstalling software, failing to log in, deleting emails, changing payment cards, or contacting a third party does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Section 8
Cancellation stops future renewal charges after the cancellation is processed. Unless AlchemCharts states otherwise in your confirmation or applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation does not automatically refund charges that were already incurred before cancellation was processed.
After cancellation, your access may continue until the end of the then-current paid billing period, may end at the time stated in your cancellation confirmation, or may end earlier if required by law, data provider rules, exchange requirements, security concerns, account misuse, payment failure, or other account conditions.
Market data access, software access, account features, downloads, support resources, saved settings, entitlement status, and related account data may be disabled, limited, removed, archived, or deleted after cancellation according to AlchemCharts policies, provider requirements, and applicable law.
Section 9
Unless AlchemCharts expressly states otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise, subscription fees are non-refundable and are not prorated for partial billing periods, unused access, setup delays, market data agreement delays, data provider issues, user hardware issues, user internet issues, user scheduling conflicts, or a user's decision not to use the service.
AlchemCharts may review refund or credit requests at its discretion. Any credit, courtesy adjustment, support gesture, or one-time exception does not require AlchemCharts to provide the same or similar adjustment in the future.
Contacting support about a technical issue, setup problem, blank chart, billing question, or refund request does not pause billing or cancel your subscription unless cancellation is specifically requested, processed, and confirmed.
Section 10
If you do not recognize a charge or believe there is a billing mistake, contact AlchemCharts Support as soon as possible. Include your name, account email, charge date, charge amount, the last four digits or card brand if helpful, and a short explanation of the issue. Do not send full card numbers or security codes.
AlchemCharts may review account history, invoices, receipts, subscription status, processor records, cancellation records, support records, and usage context to investigate a billing question.
If you initiate a chargeback, reversal, payment dispute, or similar action, AlchemCharts may suspend or limit account access while the matter is reviewed. Chargebacks and reversals do not automatically cancel your subscription unless AlchemCharts confirms cancellation or applicable law requires otherwise.
Section 11
AlchemCharts subscriptions may include access to market data, charts, history, options data, futures data, index data, crypto data, earnings, splits, fundamentals, or related provider content made available to your account.
Market data access may require exchange agreements, provider approvals, subscriber classifications, entitlement checks, account standing, geographic availability, or other third-party requirements. Exchange and data provider costs may begin when an account is active or when entitlements are provisioned, even if you do not actively use every feature.
Data providers, exchanges, or licensors may require AlchemCharts to change, limit, suspend, audit, charge for, or terminate data access. AlchemCharts may make changes needed to comply with provider requirements.
Section 12
If your subscription is cancelled, suspended, expired, or terminated, you may need to reactivate your account, update payment information, accept current terms, complete market data forms, or satisfy other account requirements before access is restored.
Plan features, data packages, prices, promotions, billing intervals, and support availability may differ at the time of reactivation. Prior pricing, discounts, features, or data access may not be available unless AlchemCharts agrees otherwise in writing.
Section 13
AlchemCharts may update prices, plans, features, data packages, billing practices, payment processors, cancellation methods, and this Policy from time to time. If required, AlchemCharts will provide notice before material changes take effect.
Notice may be provided by email, account notice, checkout notice, website notice, billing notice, or another reasonable method. Your continued use of AlchemCharts after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
If you do not agree with a billing change, you must cancel your subscription before the change applies to your account.
Section 14
This Policy supplements the Terms of Service. To the extent this Policy conflicts with the Terms of Service, the more specific billing or cancellation term controls for the billing issue unless a written agreement signed by AlchemCharts states otherwise.
Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Some jurisdictions may provide additional cancellation, renewal, notice, refund, or payment rights.
Section 15
Billing, cancellation, refund, receipt, failed payment, or charge review questions can be sent to AlchemCharts Support through our contact form. Use the email address connected to your account whenever possible.
For your security, do not include full credit card numbers, card security codes, bank credentials, passwords, or unnecessary personal information in support messages.
