  • Use a Windows computer

  • Create your account and subscribe before downloading.

Installation

Install in four steps

Take your time. Each step is short.

Find the downloaded file

Open your browser downloads list or your Windows Downloads folder and look for AlchemChartsInstaller.exe.

If you cannot find it, search your Downloads folder for AlchemChartsInstaller.exe. Do not keep clicking the download button.

Run the installer

Double-click the installer. If Windows asks for permission, click Yes. Then follow the installation prompts.

If you see a Windows warning you do not recognize, stop and contact us before continuing.

Open AlchemCharts

After installation, look for the AlchemCharts icon on your desktop. If you do not see it, open the Windows Start menu, search for AlchemCharts, and open the app.

You are done with installation when AlchemCharts opens on your computer.

Common installation problems

The most common download and install issues.

I clicked download but nothing happened.

Check your browser downloads list. Some browsers download the file without opening a new window.

I cannot find the downloaded file.

Open your Downloads folder or search that folder for "AlchemChartsInstaller.exe". Do not keep downloading the installer repeatedly.

Windows says the app may be unsafe.

If the message matches the installation guidance, continue. If the warning looks different or you are unsure, contact support before continuing.

I installed it but cannot find AlchemCharts.

Check your desktop for the AlchemCharts icon. If you do not see it, open the Windows Start menu and search for AlchemCharts.
