We may share information when needed to operate, support, secure, improve, or comply with obligations connected to the service.

  • With service providers that help with hosting, payments, email delivery, support, analytics, security, data storage, accounting, legal, and business operations.
  • With exchanges, licensors, market data providers, or related parties when needed for market data agreements, entitlement checks, compliance, audits, reporting, or provider requirements.
  • With professional advisers, such as accountants, auditors, lawyers, insurers, or consultants.

When information is no longer needed, AlchemCharts may delete, de-identify, aggregate, archive, or otherwise handle it according to its records practices.

Section 8

Security

AlchemCharts uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

No website, software, payment flow, data feed, email, support system, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for using a strong password, keeping login credentials confidential, logging out on shared computers, and contacting support if you believe your account has been compromised.

AlchemCharts Support will never need your password. Do not send passwords or full credit card numbers through email, forms, screenshots, or messages.

Section 9

You may be able to access, update, or correct certain account information by logging into your account. You may also contact AlchemCharts Support to ask privacy or account questions.

Depending on where you live and how applicable privacy laws apply, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, information about certain disclosures, or the ability to appeal a decision. These rights may be subject to verification, exceptions, and limitations.

You may opt out of optional marketing or product update emails by using available unsubscribe or preference tools. AlchemCharts may still send required transactional, account, billing, support, security, service, and administrative messages.

To make a privacy request, contact AlchemCharts Support at the email address below. We may need to verify your identity and account relationship before responding.
