Billing basics

Understanding monthly billing

You are billed monthly while your AlchemCharts subscription is active. Your subscription provides access to the charting platform and the required market data package for Market Skills students.

Your subscription may still be active

Monthly billing continues until your subscription is cancelled and confirmed.

Market data access is included

AlchemCharts includes stocks, ETFs, indexes, options, futures, crypto, earnings, splits, fundamentals, intraday history, and end-of-day history.

Exchange data has real costs

Once an account is active, exchange and market data costs may begin.

Cancellation should be confirmed

If you request cancellation through support, keep the cancellation confirmation for your records.

How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel your AlchemCharts subscription from your account or by contacting support. If you cancel through support, wait for confirmation and keep the confirmation for your records.

Survival Series is now Market Skills. AlchemCharts remains the official charting platform for this student workflow.
