These are the details that matter most before billing, market data forms, and download access.
Avoid duplicates
If you may already have an account, try logging in or resetting your password before creating another one.
Subscription comes next
Create the account first, then open account billing to sign up for AlchemCharts Complete.
Common Account Issues
If something feels unclear
Work through the matching issue before creating a duplicate account or repeating payment steps.
I am not sure if I already have an account.
- 1Try logging in with the email address you normally use for Market Skills or AlchemCharts.
- 2If the password does not work, use the forgot password page.
- 3If you do not receive a reset email, contact support before creating a second account.
The account form will not submit.
- 1Make sure every required field is filled in.
- 2Confirm both password fields match.
- 3Check that your email address is typed correctly.
- 4Review any acknowledgement checkboxes before submitting.
I used the wrong email address.
Do not create another account just to change the email. If you can log in, open your profile. If billing or market data forms are already connected to the wrong email, contact support so the account can be corrected cleanly.
