Help downloading AlchemCharts

Use this page if you cannot find the installer, the download did not start, or you are not sure which file to open.

Download from your account when possible so you get the current installer and the right setup path.

Make sure you are in the right place

The download step works best after your account and subscription are set up.

Use your account

Open the account download page after logging in so the installer path matches your account.

Use Windows

AlchemCharts is Windows software. Review Mac setup options before attempting a Mac install.

Check Downloads

Most browsers save installers to the Downloads folder unless you choose a different location.

Common Download Issues

If the installer is missing

I cannot find the download button.

Log in to your AlchemCharts account.

Open Account Download.

If the download is not available, contact support so we can confirm your account status.

Open Account Download

I clicked download, but I cannot find the file.

Check the top-right or bottom-left of your browser for the download.

Open File Explorer.

Click Downloads.

Look for AlchemCharts, AlchemCharts Setup, or the newest installer file.

My browser or Windows shows a warning.

Do not click through a warning if you are unsure. Desktop software can trigger browser or Windows messages. Contact support and describe exactly what the warning says.

Ask Support About the Warning

I downloaded it more than once.

That is okay. Use the newest downloaded file. You can delete older copies later after AlchemCharts is installed.
